2023/24 Sessions and Registration
The off-season is a great time for players to improve their skills and game without having to compete in game situations. SBR's NEW Clinic offerings are a great opportunity for players to progress their skills in hitting, pitching, catching, and foundational skills while working with some of the best coaches and facilitators Calgary has to offer!

PITCHING CLINIC #1
This 4 session clinic will provide quality pitching instruction and coaching targeted to each group's level to develop proper mechanics and help pitchers reach their potential. Note: pitchers must supply their own catcher.

Mondays starting October 30 to November 20 (4 sessions)

SKILLS CLINIC
We are excited to partner with Training Foundation to bring athletes this 6 week intimate experience to enhance and progress their defense and hitting with some of the top players and coaches in Canada.

CATCHING CLINIC
This 2-day intensive clinic is just for the catchers! Natalie Voortman of Level Up Softball will take all catchers through functional movement patterns, improve performance in the position, align proper throwing mechanics and boost confidence in game management.

HITTING CLINIC
This 2-day clinic is sure to heat those bats up! Natalie Voortman of Level Up Softball and her coaching team will review the fundamental aspects of the swing, along with a variety of drills that will focus on hitting different types/location of pitches. Coach to Player ratio of 1:5 means lots of face time and coaching for players!

This 5 session clinic will span 3 weekends with the MRU Cougars Softball coaching staff and players to help players level up on their defense and hitting performance just in time for 2024 season evaluations.
