Calgary Minor Softball Association requires all Coaches and Managers to have a a current and valid vulnerable sector check completed to ensure the safest possible environment for our minor players.

Coaches and Managers must be registered with a Calgary Minor Softball district and assigned to a current team roster before applying for a police check. If you have never had a police check, or your name is on the expiry list below, you need to complete a new application. Police checks are valid for 3 years.

To begin, you'll need to request a volunteer voucher from Calgary Minor Softball. Be sure to  indicate whether you are a head coach, assistant coach or manager.
